If you are currently not active, not sure where to start and would like a bit of extra support then Live Active is for you!
Live Active is a service designed to provide individuals with the support they require to increase their physical activity. From one on one consultations to supervised gym sessions in one of the many Local Authority leisure centres, your Live Active Advisor will provide the required support to help you increase your activity
Access to Live Active is via health professional referral. You can speak with your GP or call 0141 232 1860 and select the Live Active option to speak to an Advisor.
